Cantex Junction Box 8x8x4 or other weather proof plastic housing.
Leviton Dual Receptacle Box #Leviton blah
2 Leviton RJ45 receptacles #Leviton blah
2 beanie connectors "Splice Boots"
6/32 sheet metal screws

Step 1 Open wrt54g and Remove it from the plastic housing you will need a med size Phillips screw driver to remove the mounting screw on the board. |
Step 2 Take the RJ45
Receptacles and punch down all wires for Cut the power transformer connector from the transformer |
Step 3 Mark the out side of the enclosure if you wish to have the LED's visible from the outside of the box. Drill the holes (word doc with led spacing included). I use some scrap Fiber optic and silicon it in place for light way paths for the leds, Clear silicon works also. |

Step 4 Lay router board into box and mark holes for mounting and drill all wholes. I use the rings off of ringed tie wraps for the stand offs. make sure to silicon holes before you insert screws to prevent water damage. |
Step 5 Take the RJ
45 Receptacle Box and the power transformer and connect VTOM and mark
Now connect Both blue wires to the (+) Positive lead |
Step 6
Drill holes for waterproof cable pass thru connectors. install connectors No picture available. Remember to write down what color is positive and what color is negative install Lighting arrestor and pig tail to radio and |
