Open wrt54g and Remove it from the plastic housing

you will need a med size Phillips screw driver to remove the mounting screw on the board.

 Step 2

Take the RJ45 Receptacles and punch down all wires for
a 568B on the Orange Connector.
punch down green and orange wires for a 568B
leaving the Blue and Brown unpunched.
I use Blues for positive and Browns for Negative.

Cut the power transformer connector from the transformer
approx 3 inches from the end.

 Step 3

Mark the out side of the enclosure if you wish to have the LED's visible from the outside of the box. Drill the holes (word doc with led spacing included).

I use some scrap Fiber optic and silicon it in place for light way paths for the leds, Clear silicon works also.

 Step 4

Lay router board into box and mark holes for mounting and drill all wholes. I use the rings off of ringed tie wraps for the stand offs. make sure to silicon holes before you insert screws to prevent water damage.
